WEST GOSHEN — Jefferson Pointe at West Chester, a 230-unit luxury apartment complex at Route 202 and South Matlack Street, is ready for occupancy. The high-end apartment complex is located on the 12-acre property that was home to beer distributorship Spaz Beverage Co. for 26 years.
